well,kita semua ni kan asyik sebuk konon nak diet je tapi masing masing makin kegemukan . so jom try diet mengikut darah kita , darah O :)
MENU DIET YANG DISARANKAN :-
BREAKFAST - 2 keping roti bakar sapu mentega , sebiji pisang
SNACK - teh herba
LUNCH - daging panggang , salad bayam , sebiji apple
SNACK - kuih sepotong
DINNER - daging lembu dan asparagus direbus , kentang rebus , buah buahan ,teh herba
AVOID :-
1. susu
2. gandum , bijirin
3. cendawan
4. pasta,nasi
5. brokoli,sawi,taugeh,terung
MUST EAT :-
1. makanan berprotein tinggi
2. diet rendah karbohidrat
3. ikan , daging(kecuali daging yang diolah)
4. sayur sayuran
5. telur , kekacang
Tapi still fact kita kena exercise . haha . goodluck :D

well, my love may not be the GREATEST ever but, i appreciate it so much! yeah, even sometimes we had a big fight and argue about this an that. but it still be the hosemmm love from him since our first date. he always suprised me with everything he did. Maybe in two or three years more ill be dead because of heart attack. ngeh ngeh. Hemm. Several times i cried because of him, but he still be the ONLY ONE in my heart. He's everything to me. He means the whole world to me. and nothing can change that. i still remember the time where we decided to buy this ring. i can see him so extremly happy. it seems like we're already engaged. haha. i miss the memories. iloveyou baby:)
